The Practical Law Arbitration team is very pleased to announce the launch of a brand new Practical Law Arbitration blog.
As an extension to Practical Law Arbitration, the blog will be a place to read and share views and raise questions about recent legal developments and interesting legal points of significance to arbitration practitioners.
We are delighted to have a broad spectrum of contributors from around the globe, from practitioners and academics, to representatives from various arbitral institutions. Each will add to the debate on a wide range of topics, covering both domestic and international arbitration.
